according to CoinList, the ETH Treasury company initiated by the Li Lin family office Avenir Group, Distributed Capital, Matrix Partners, and Meitu is currently raising funds on CoinList Alpha. The ETH Treasury company is raising $1 billion through private placement equity financing (PIPE), while issuing 1:1 subscription warrants at a 50% premium to the issue price. The PIPE pricing is expected to be approximately 0.88 times the net asset value (mNAV). CoinList Alpha investors have preliminarily committed to the deadline of October 29th and must complete payment by October 31, 2025, accepting payment in USD and USDC (ETH payment is also accepted if necessary).
